🛠️ What You’ll Do
IT Support & Workplace Operations
Provide day-to-day internal user support for employees and contractors
Help manage workstations, tools, and access to company resources
Support end-user devices and the workplace environment
Help handle day-to-day operational IT requests
Systems & Administration
Support the administration of Microsoft environments, especially Office 365, and Azure components used to manage devices and user environments
Contribute to system administration activities linked to the internal IT environment
Support infrastructure-related operations across cloud and on-site environments
Assist with some network-related topics when relevant
Security & Improvement Topics
Help monitor alerts and support daily security operations activities
Contribute to vulnerability follow-up, incident follow-up, and security hardening actions
Support projects related to cloud migration, Active Directory decommissioning, and security improvement in Azure and Office 365
Assist with automation topics related to alert handling and classification
Support audit and risk analysis topics when relevant to the apprenticeship scope
🔍 What You Bring
Required
Hands-on exposure to IT support or IT administration
Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, Intune
Experience in user support
French and English
Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a practical problem-solving mindset
Seriousness in handling requests and a collaborative way of working
Comfort with a hands-on role with a strong operational component
Ability to work on site in Paris
Availability for an apprenticeship rhythm of 1 to 2 days at school per week and 3 to 4 days on site
Is a plus, but not required
Knowledge of networking
Knowledge of Apple / Mac environments
Exposure to scripting
Knowledge of security topics, vulnerability management, or security tools
Talent Acquisition interview – To assess motivation, communication, and fit with the apprenticeship format
Technical interview – With the Head of Security & Infrastructure, to assess technical foundations, practical experience, and fit with the role scope
Optional team fit interview – To assess service mindset, seriousness in day-to-day work, and fit with the team
