The position

Job description

  • Quantifind is seeking a General Manager, Europe to lead and accelerate our European business from London
  • This senior commercial leadership role is responsible for revenue growth, strategic customer relationships, market development, partnerships, and the continued build-out of Quantifind’s European presence
  • You will report directly to the VP of Global Sale, and work closely with Quantifind’s executive leadership and global Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, Marketing, and Delivery teams
  • Develop and execute Quantifind’s European growth strategy, with clear accountability for European bookings and revenue
  • Build a pipeline of strategic opportunities across major European financial institutions and personally lead significant deals and executive relationships
  • Navigate complex enterprise buying processes involving business sponsors, technology, procurement, legal, information security, and third-party risk
  • Expand successful deployments into new use cases and business units with Customer Success and Product, positioning Quantifind as a strategic partner rather than a point solution
  • Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing regional team with clear account ownership, sales discipline, and operating cadence
  • Develop partnerships with consulting firms, technology companies, and data providers, and represent Quantifind at key European industry and regulatory events
  • Provide market insight to the executive team and deliver predictable forecasting and execution against revenue targets
  • Success will be measured by sustainable European revenue growth: annual bookings and revenue targets, pipeline growth, new and expanded strategic customers, and a high-performing regional organization
  • Travel will be required, with the amount dependent on the relative location of opportunities

Benefits

  • Meaningful equity to full-time employees
  • Performance reviews conducted twice per year, with opportunities to advance
  • Collaboration across departments - there’s always an opportunity to work on the projects you care most about
  • We encourage people to hone their crafts by taking classes and attending conferences
  • We pay 95% of your premiums with top medical, dental and vision plans for you and your family, plus other benefits including FSAs and life insurance
  • We match employee retirement contributions dollar-for-dollar up to 4% after your first year
  • Flexible hours and a flexible vacation policy
  • Remote or in-office options

Preferred experience

  • You want to put your mark on a strategically important region
  • You lead from the front in major opportunities and build trust with senior banking, compliance, and technology executives
  • You create accountability through clear goals and consistent execution, and you know that enterprise growth requires Sales, Product, Customer Success, Delivery, Marketing, and Partnerships to operate as one team
  • You are a senior commercial leader who thinks like a General Manager, taking ownership for the success of the overall European business, not simply the sales number
  • You thrive in growth environments, comfortable building structure while delivering results
  • Significant experience leading enterprise software, data, AI, RegTech, or financial crime technology sales in Europe
  • Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and executive presence
  • Minimum 7+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • Strong understanding of European banking and financial services; knowledge of AML, KYC, sanctions, fraud, or financial crime technology is highly desirable
  • You have a track record of success in enterprise software sales in the area of compliance and risk management
  • A demonstrated record of delivering substantial revenue growth and closing complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise transactions
  • Experience building and leading high-performing enterprise sales teams
  • Strong relationships and credibility within major European financial institutions, selling to senior executives across Financial Crime, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Data
  • Ability to be both strategic and hands-on in a high-growth technology company, working across global Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and executive teams
  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) or equivalent
