Macarons, cakes, and viennoiserie by Pierre Hermé. Exceptional craftsmanship in the heart of Zurich. We are opening a boutique on Sihlstrasse and are looking for team members who love hosting guests and handling delicate products with care.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Advise customers and manage sales, pack products to the brand’s specifications, and process payments.

• Fill and maintain the displays throughout the day, monitoring product freshness, shelf life, and cleanliness.

• Answer customer inquiries regarding ingredients and allergens (full training will be provided).

What we are looking for :

• Training in retail, hospitality or bakery and confectionery, or equivalent experience.

• You enjoy selling and working with guests.

• Attention to detail and an eye for presentation.

• Languages: Professional German and good English. Most of our guests order in German and will ask about ingredients and allergens in German, so you should be comfortable answering them.
