We're building the best commercial team in Europe and we're looking for a Team Lead who wants to build it with us. As Team Lead Account Management , you'll lead a team of Account Managers driving expansion and retention with existing customers in the DACH market, through renewals and upsell/cross-sell motions.

You're hands-on and entrepreneurial: you constantly question how we work today, and you push for better, more efficient ways to do it – including with AI.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

• Lead, develop & coach a team of Account Managers - raise the bar on sales craft through deal coaching (Value selling, MEDDICC, negotiations etc), and hold the team accountable to ambitious expansion, renewal, and net retention targets in the DACH market

• Build and grow the team: hire top AM talent and build a high-performance, high-ownership team culture

• Own the revenue motion end-to-end: pipeline generation, renewal negotiations, x-sell/upsell, and churn prevention

• Run operating rhythms: weekly pipeline/forecast reviews, renewal governance, and deal strategy sessions to ensure strong execution

• Drive process optimisation: constantly question how the team works, identify where to cut manual steps and automate (Salesforce, Gong, AI), and get the team to the next level of productivity

• Be numbers-driven: constantly analyse performance data and translate insight into action

• Lead cross-functional stakeholder management, bringing together the right partners (CX, RevOps, Finance, Legal, Product, etc.) to drive seamless execution for customers and the AM team

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

• Languages: You have excellent written and spoken German and English

• Leadership Experience: You bring 1-2+ years of leadership experience in sales or after-sales (ideally B2B SaaS), including hiring and building teams

• Sales Experience: You bring 3-5+ years of B2B sales/account management experience, with SaaS experience strongly preferred; BDR or pipeline generation experience is a plus

• Coaching Mindset: You develop skills systematically and enjoy making others successful

• Operator Mindset: You constantly question how things are done, and know how to identify and drive process and automation improvements

• Stakeholder Management: You have strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, including with senior stakeholders

• Analytical Rigor: You are comfortable with KPIs, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy

• Adaptability: You thrive in ambiguity and lead your team through change - adaptable, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented

• AI Fluency: You have hands-on experience using AI to improve your workflow, and the sound judgment to know exactly when to rely on it and when to step in yourself
