About the role

As Brand Lead, you are the guardian of the Perifit brand internationally, from strategic platform to expression across every B2C and B2B touchpoint.

You define and drive our communication strategy, and you are responsible for growing the brand’s presence and resonance across our key markets. You lead influencer strategy, activations, PR, community management, and copywriting. You manage the Art Director and are as comfortable executing hands-on as thinking strategically.

Key responsibilities

  • Brand strategy & communication: ****Evolve the brand platform and tone of voice; ensure consistency across 10+ markets while allowing cultural adaptation.

  • Influencer marketing (brand & growth): ****Build and lead global influencer strategy; scale the playbook across priority markets; measure both brand lift and performance.

  • Activations & campaigns: Design brand campaigns (launches, key moments, cultural activations); co-build the most brand-powerful acquisition campaigns with Acquisition & Growth.

  • PR: Define and execute PR strategy across key markets; prep spokespeople for media moments.

  • Community & social: Own organic social strategy and editorial direction; guard tone, quality, and engagement across markets.

  • Copywriting: Be the brand’s go-to writer on manifestos, campaigns, and key pages; uplevel copy across CRM, acquisition & growth, and ecommerce.

  • B2C & B2B brand expression: Deploy the brand across all B2C touchpoints (website, ads, CRM, packaging); adapt it to B2B contexts (POS materials, events).

  • You will manage a small and growing creative team


Preferred experience

Profile we’re looking for

  • 4–7 years in brand/communications, with DTC or scale-up experience

  • International/multi-market experience essential

  • Fluent English (C1 minimum) required ****(many markets run in English), Excellent writer in both English and French

  • Strong influencer marketing expertise, proven track record building and scaling influencer strategies ideally across multiple markets

  • Strategic brand thinker and hands-on operator

  • Sharp creative judgment and strong influencer/social media culture

  • Strong experience with PR and media relations

  • First management experience is a plus; appetite for managing is a must

  • Experience in health, wellness, or femtech is a strong plus
