Your role: Lead and grow a talented team of Growth Engineers 💡

You will be leading the Growth Engineering tribe, on a mission to scale and automate lead generation processes at PayFit.. The tribe works closely with the Growth, Sales, Customer and Product departments to create, develop and maintain tools for lead generation, data enhancement and analytics. Your role is global: you will have to work from our central office in Paris for all the countries where PayFit operates. You'll be a member of the Growth’s leadership team and report to Jean-Marc, our VP Growth.

Your missions

 Lead, mentor and grow a talented team of 4 Growth Engineers (3 full-stack, 1 back-end).

 Empower the engineering team to achieve a high level of technical quality & reliability.

 Collaborate within a cross-functional team to build the long-term vision & strategy for the team.

 Manage and prioritize technical projects to scale growth, accelerate acquisition and revenue.

 Contribute to the development of an internal “gold mining machine” for lead generation at scale.

 Coordinate with our Growth teams in France, Spain, Germany, Italy and the UK on local technical needs.

 you are a proactive, curious, hands-on full-stack engineer with 5+ years experience,

 you are passionate about leading a team and creating a positive work environment,

 you have a natural ability to coach and motivate teams to excel,

 you are "problem-solving" oriented, technical challenges motivate you,

 you have deep knowledge working with modern front-end JavaScript frameworks (eg. React or Vue.js)

 you have a good understanding of serverless frameworks and architecture,

you have a strong experience working with AWS tools and services,

The technologies we use in the Growth Engineering team

Languages: skilled JavaScript (comfortable with Python, TypeScript)

Back-end infrastructure: skilled AWS Lambdas, Step Functions, SQS, S3

Front-end architecture: skilled React (or strongly skilled with other JS framework)

CVS and CI/CD: skilled Git, GitHub, (comfortable with Gatsby cloud)

Database: comfortable with MongoDB
