Ogury is a global tech company that was founded in 2014 by Jean Canzoneri and Thomas Pasquet in London, and that has since expanded across the globe with over 18 offices across Europe, the US and APAC. Today, we are in 17 countries and have 500+ employees.

Our culture revolves around the fact that every Ogurian is a Leader, whether they are an individual contributor, ExCom member, or any position in between. This is why we have set up events, ERGs and other internal support tools, aimed at sustainably strengthening cohesion and inclusion at Ogury.
Commitments and CSR
As a company looking to revolutionise the future of AdTech, with a focus on consumer privacy protection, it is only natural for Ogury to also want to take a strong stance on our social and environmental impact. That's why, Ogury has donated more than $1 million in U.S dollars of ad space to non-profits. Our propriety formats are certified by the Coalition for Better Ads, we run regular internal campaigns and fundraises and support our employee's to give back to their local communities.
Ogury is a signatory of the Climate pledge: committed to reaching net-zero carbon by 2040 through:
- The completion of a carbon footprint assessment and regular reporting,
- Implementing decarbonisation strategies through real business change and innovations,
- Taking actions to neutralise any remaining emissions with additional, quantifiable and socially beneficial offsets.
Ogury is a member of the Conscious Ad Network: a voluntary coalition set up to ensure that industry ethics catches up with the technology of modern advertising committing to following the association's six golden rules on:
- Eradicating ad-fraud.
- Diversifying the industry and the content it produces, reflecting the real world.
- People being seen as active participants in their online experience.
- Ensuring brands are not inadvertently funding hate speech or fake news and lastly,
- Promoting age appropriate advertising.
Ogury's portfolio of ad formats has most recently become one of the first to be certified by the Coalition for Better Ads, as part of their Better Ads Experience Program. Demonstrating compliance with Better Ads standards that aim to improve the online ad experience for consumers.
Ogury has donated (and continues to donate) more than $1 million in U.S. dollars of ad space to charities. We've supported Epic Foundation, Institut de la Vision, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Sociaety, Accion Contra el Hambre and Dynamo Camp - to acquire premium mobile web inventory via our Thumbnnail ad format.
Movember campaign: a yearly global campaign to raise funds for the Movember foundation. All employees are invited to participate in varying fundraising activities raising money for the foundation with matched donations by Ogury.
International Women's Month: Ogury’s take on International Women's day. A month-long celebration of women internally and externally with fundraising for the Girls in Tech charity, sharing resources, panel discussions and talks every March.
Mental Health Awareness Month: a yearly global campaign to raise funds for the Mental Health Foundation. All employees are invited to participate in varying fundraising activities raising money for the foundation with matched donations by Ogury. Events / panel discussions / external speakers are also organised across all of our offices, to increase awareness and give tools to help Ogurians support their own communities.
Pride Month: a yearly global campaign to raise funds for the Stonewall Foundation. All employees are invited to participate in varying fundraising activities raising money for the foundation with matched donations by Ogury. Events / trainings / external speakers / panel discussions are also organised across all of our offices, to increase awareness of our LGBTQ+ community, the challenges they face in their day to day lives and tools to help Ogurians become better allies.
Community Day: Ogury’s Community Day is one of the ways we support Ogurians in giving back to their local community. Ogurians can book a day off on Ogury, specifically dedicated to volunteering purposes.
