Our in-house research lab allows us to be one step ahead of the technology curve. Indeed, we benefit from a worldwide influence on the progress of our work. It is also part of our objectives to allow our employees to be immersed in the Lab and to have visibility on the work carried out. We want to have an impact on the technological world of tomorrow.


In order to improve the balance between professional and personal life, we offer our collaborators the possibility to telecommute several days a week (depending also on the client's constraints)

Career development


I joined Novelis in 2019 as an RPA developer in Morocco to assist the teams in the development of a 1st RPA process. I was then offered to join the Paris agency as an RPA Consultant where my missions moved away from simple coding towards design, software implementation or strategy consulting. I have increased my skills thanks to certifying trainings on different technologies. I am proud to say that today I have become a real RPA expert, working with our customers on their projects but also with Novelis employees that I am now able to support in their evolution.

Peer-to-peer experience sharing - We have set up a set of REX projects to facilitate knowledge sharing and to draw positive and negative lessons from ongoing or completed projects... Several REX projects have taken place, either on customer projects or on business discovery.

Seminars - Once a year, we organize a symposium bringing together employees and a few privileged clients and partners in a convivial setting. Last year, the Paris staff met in Olbia, Sardinia, and the staff of the Rabat and Oujda branches met in Fez, Morocco.
