The position
Job description
- We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Finance Intern for 6 months to strengthen our financial operations during H1 2027
- You’ll support the Finance Manager in day-to-day operations and collaborate with the global finance team at Norrsken. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in financial operations in a fast-paced environment, while impacting how we operate as a finance function
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
- Help prepare and analyse financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support the invoicing process (AR and AP)
- Collaborate on initiatives to streamline financial processes and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Provide support to clients with financial inquiries and issues
- As a Finance Intern, you will learn in an environment that lets you embrace the process while sparking your curiosity

Preferred experience
- Detail-oriented and possesses excellent analytical skills
- Are able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours/week for 6 months, with an ideal start date in early January 2027
- Fluency in English & Spanish, written and spoken, is required

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
- An effective communicator that derives a lot of motivation from collaborating and being part of a high-performing team
