We are a team of entrepreneurs, clinicians and engineers committed to bringing back joy to the practice of medicine.
Together with a community of clinician innovators, we’ve harnessed the best of machine learning science to develop Nabla: the leading AI assistant that’s restoring the human connection at the heart of healthcare. By streamlining clinical documentation, Nabla is helping clinicians focus on matters most - patient care. Today, over 85,000 clinicians across 130+ healthcare organizations trust Nabla to support how they deliver care every day.
We’re at the start of an ambitious journey: Ambient listening, dictation, coding, and command capabilities are all converging into a proactive assistant that intuitively streamlines clinical and financial workflows.
Backed by a recent $70M Series C, we’re hiring to build the next generation of clinical AI and improve the lives of clinicians and patients everywhere.
This is a great time to join us!
As Nabla continues scaling across Europe and the U.S. and now that we just closed our Series C, we’re looking for a rigorous and hands-on Finance Manager to support our CFO in building a world-class finance organization. You will play a pivotal role in managing our financial operations, ensuring robust oversight across entities, and developing key performance indicators and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
Working closely with the CFO and the existing Finance and Admin team, you’ll help supervise the financial health of both our French and U.S. subsidiaries. This includes owning recurring financial reviews, building operational reports, streamlining accounting processes, and acting as a financial partner to internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee monthly financial reviews for both U.S. and French entities (BS, P&L, KPIs, activity-based tracking);
Maintain and update our financial dashboards and reporting tools to guide business decisions;
Collaborate with external accountants on monthly closing, annual financial statements, and audits;
Support the preparation of budget cycles and rolling forecasts;
Lead cash management initiatives: optimize working capital, forecast cash flows, manage currency exposure, and support bank transitions;
Help implement and enforce internal financial controls, workflows, and best practices;
Monitor revenue processes and assist in improving operational efficiency (invoicing, follow-up, cash tracking, reporting and forecasting);
Review all tax related matters including VAT, transfer pricing, tax credit (CIR) and implement regulatory intelligence;
Manage relationships with key financial stakeholders (banks, accountants, suppliers, service providers).
Contribute to maintaining operational excellence in administrative and HR-related processes;
Support cross-functional teams (legal, operations, people) with ad hoc data, documentation, and finance insights as needed;
Assist in the setup of operations and teams in new markets as we expand our geographical footprint;
Partner with Legal and Security to roll out and monitor vendor management and procurement frameworks.
Provide recurring and on-demand financial analysis to the CFO and CEO (actuals vs. forecasts, cost structure breakdowns, margin tracking, etc.);
Participate in internal financial presentations and board prep work;
Track financial KPIs tied to business activity and team performance metrics, to provide finance guidance and tools to the Sales, Product, CS and Marketing teams;
Contribute to improve internal finance processes and flows, including leading a change of Accounting and Reporting IT systems.
5+ years experience in financial audit, advisory, consulting or transaction services at a Big 4 firm;
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and French;
Strong analytical mindset with a critical eye for detail;
Hands-on, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented approach;
Entrepreneurial mindset, accustomed to high-growth and sometimes ambiguous environments;
Ability to take ownership and work independently in a fast-paced environment;
Degree from a top business school preferred.
