Our Customer Success Managers team advise and guide a wide range of enterprise customers, ensuring they launch Mindsay’s bots successfully, adopt it broadly and are continually driving business value from our product. Within our Operations team and part of the Customer Success squad, you will assist our CSM on dealing with clients : to understand their business, operational needs and challenges.
As the main source of customers insights, CSM team works closely with our Sales team, product team and product builders.
