Reporting to the Operations Manager based in France, you will implement METRON’s solutions and contribute to energy intelligence in industrial environments.

In order to optimize the energy performance of industrial plants, METRON collects a huge amount of data from heterogeneous sources. You will be the one implementing the architecture for on-site operating data collection (production, metering, process for example) to the METRON platform.
This position will evolve into a management position for the handling of a diversified portfolio of projects.

You will have the following responsibilities, among others:

• Carry out an investigative work, on site and from the office, in order to identify, quantify and then implement energy-saving actions
• Implement the various protocols for integrating industrial data into the METRON platform
• Participate in the technical understanding and analysis of the customer’s needs during pre-sales phases
• Technological watch
• Adopt a partnership approach in your relationship with all the stakeholders of our energy projects. You are the number 1 interlocutor of the customer throughout the implementation and then real-time delivery of the energy performance solution.
• Lead the project: milestones and deadlines control, satisfaction of the customer needs
• Be a driving force for the continuous energy efficiency improvement of METRON customers
• Manage Master Data Science tools and methodologies: models, baselines

• Engineer with a MSc (3+2) degree in energy, climatic engineering, thermodynamics and control systems
• Fluent (speaking, writing and reading) in English and Arabic
• You have the ability to work in project mode with all of the players within the world of energy in an industrial environment
• You are a strong solution-maker and creative in identifying problems in data collection topics and implementation in complex environments
