These projects aim to anticipate the current changes in the function by addressing the challenges posed and proposing innovative tools that will help organizations in their transformation:

• Data guarantee: ensuring data quality within the tools
• Request processing: analyzing and resolving level 1 and 2 incidents (access issues, tool bugs, business process blocks)
• -Second-level diagnostics: qualifying anomalies and liaising with IT teams or software vendors
• Drafting documents for change management
