Your missions

Assist with measurement and reporting of gender pay gaps for CSRD and EU Pay Transparency Directive.

Data analysis on market competitiveness

Internal equity analysis - to understand ‘gap’ between target pay position and reality

Maintaining compensation system particularly with updates of market benchmarks

Supporting job evaluation systems

Preferred experience

Your profile

  • You are currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program (business school, IAE, or university) looking for a gap-year or final-year internship with a strong analytical specialization in Management Control, Finance, or Human Resources
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Excellent mastery of Excel
  • Strong affinity for Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Enthusiasm for data analysis
  • Numeracy, analytical mindset, enjoys data and systems. Likes modelling and predictions and statistics.
