Your missions

1. People management and talent follow-up - France focus, with international exposure

• Support the mapping and follow-up of Data talent in France, and contribute to mobility pathways and early succession-planning input.
• Help track internal mobility across teams and support coordination of the multi-entity HRBP network.
• Help facilitate talent flows between Data and other business functions, both into and out of Data.

2. HR policy design

• Contribute to the 2026-2027 Job Architecture project, covering roles, skills and career paths.
• Support the design and structuring of the Data & AI learning offer (Data & AI for All / for Experts), in coordination with the Learning team.
• Help develop KPIs and track Data acculturation across France, including performance and certification.
• Contribute to onboarding and acculturation programs for new Data joiners.
• Support external benchmarking of organizational models for Data and AI functions.

3. HR calendar and process coordination

• Assist with preparing People Reviews and Salary Reviews, including coordination and consolidation across entities.
• Contribute to tracking consistency in compensation and Job Architecture across entities.
• Support the design and coordination of an engagement Pulse for the Data community.

4. Community engagement and key HR projects

• Contribute to global Data HR projects, such as activating the One Data Portal.
• Support Data expert communities and help develop new engagement formats.
• Contribute to broader HR transformation initiatives affecting Data HR management, such as One Profile.

Your profile

You are studying for a Master’s degree (first or second year) at an engineering or business school, an IAE or a university. You are looking for a gap-year or final-year internship, with a specialization in Management Control, Finance or Human Resources and a strong analytical focus.

You are fluent in both English and French.

You are curious, resourceful and open-minded. You are comfortable stepping back to see the bigger picture and have the maturity to work in a lean organization with direct exposure to senior stakeholders. You can navigate organizational complexity and are interested in transformation as well as core HR fundamentals.
