Facilitateur d'évolution professionnelle avec formations certifiantes et coaching.
We’re on the lookout for people who are passionate about education and who thrive in an early-stage startup environment.
Lynx is the right company for you if you want to:
• Join a high-growth startup that provides incredible leadership and growth opportunities
• Dedicate yourself to solving complex, important problems to make the world a more equitable place
• Learn from talented and supportive colleagues in a positive, judgement-free space
• Work in a self-directed, flexible, and modern work environment rooted in trust
• Work hard, with positive energy to accomplish and exceed goals
We’re looking for a hands-on leader for product and technology strategy, with a seat on our leadership team. You’ll bring product vision, connecting what our clients and business need to a clear tech roadmap, and you’ll be confident in the code, shipping alongside our engineer.
You’re also fluent in AI-native ways of working, and you’ll lead us in using them as we keep shipping and growing. This is a chance to build and then grow with us: shape how Lynx builds product today, and grow the team as the company scales.
What you’ll own
Product vision and roadmap: translate client needs and business goals into a clear product and tech roadmap, and decide what we build next.
Hands-on engineering: write and review code on our Rails platform, integrations and client features, and make the key architecture calls.
AI-native ways of working: lead how we use AI tools and agents across development, so a focused team ships more, faster. Lead on AI-first ways of working across the entire company.
Shipping: own delivery plans and timelines, and keep a steady rhythm of releases. Help prioritize and triage requests.
Team growth: work closely with our engineer, bring in freelancers or partners when needed, and shape how the tech team grows.
Leadership: partner with the CEO and COO on priorities, and represent the platform to clients and partners. Support also on InfoSec, DevOps, compliance and other technical functions as needed.
Who you are
You combine product vision with real coding experience. You’re as comfortable shaping a roadmap with management as you are opening a pull request with an engineer.
You’ll likely have:
Experience as a CTO, tech lead or product engineer at a startup or scale-up, owning both product and code.
Strong full-stack coding skills, ideally with production Ruby on Rails.
Product vision: you connect business needs to technical decisions and talk confidently with clients and leadership.
Hands-on, daily use of AI coding tools and agents, and experience bringing those ways of working to a team.
Experience setting up CI/CD, testing and code review in a small team.
Enjoyment of working closely with operators and helping a team grow.
Comfort working in English
Bonus: passionate about impact, EdTech and enjoy working in a multi-cultural, international team
