  • Analyse performance and adoption across the customer base, turning insights into clear improvement initiatives and prioritised roadmaps
  • Execution & Delivery:
  • Drive platform and product enhancements that create measurable value for customers and contribute to top‑line and bottom‑line growth
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Product Operations, Sales, and Market Planning to remove bottlenecks and raise product quality and speed to market
  • Partner & Ecosystem Management:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for key external data partners, driving performance improvements that strengthen the overall ecosystem
  • Leadership & Influence:
  • Build trust internally and externally through clarity, structured thinking, and reliable follow‑through
  • Operate effectively in a highly cross‑functional environment with senior stakeholders and significant visibility

  • Strong understanding of fintech, regulated industries, or B2B SaaS buyer needs
  • Strong prioritisation, organisation, and follow‑through
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform decisions and tell clear stories
  • Proven ability to take ownership of complex problems and drive them to impact in a structured way
  • Clear, structured communication and a collaborative working style
