The Industrialization Department acts as the bridge between our R&D teams and our manufacturing operations (five plants located in the Paris region, Alsace, and Germany). It plays a key role in the development and production of exceptionally high-quality products, managing a portfolio of over 2,000 component references and 1,200 finished product references.
As part of this dynamic environment, we are looking for our future Head of Industrialization, Mechanical.
Supported by a team of six Product Industrialization Drafters, you will contribute to the development of new products and assess their technical feasibility. Acting as a key interface between the R&D and Production teams, you will lead the industrialization of new products and define the technical solutions associated with these projects.
