Founded in 2014, Karos is the European leader of carpooling for daily commutes. By changing at scale the way people commute, Karos is a major actor of the ecological transition.
The company now operates public carpooling services for more than 100 local authorities and 600 employers, with over 1.5 million users and rollouts across 6 European countries.
Since 2024, Karos is a mission-driven company (French “Société à mission”).
Our mission, written into our bylaws:
✨ We are creating a new way of carpooling that is desirable and efficient, wherever it is useful, in order to improve everyday life and accelerate the ecological transition. As a trusted partner of key players in the territories, we are fighting to make carpooling a new standard for everyday transport. ✨
Our impact is greatest where alternatives are lacking: daily commutes by private car.
It is on these trips — mainly home–work, peri-urban and rural — that we are committed, working with public and private stakeholders to change habits at scale.
Today, we are 100 team members, mainly based in France and Germany, and we are rapidly expanding across Europe (🇫🇷 🇩🇪 🇪🇸 🇨🇭 🇮🇹 🇳🇱).

The position

At Karos, our mission is to make short-distance carpooling a new form of public transport.

We are entering a particularly exciting chapter. On September 30th 2026, Karos and Daily merged. We are now building one sustainable and scalable European leader in short-distance carpooling: one team, one product and one brand. Our ambition by 2029: double our carpools (from 10M to 20M a year) and our ARR, and triple the share of international carpools.

At the same time, growing momentum in France and internationally is pushing us to rethink our market fit and how deeply our solution can integrate with cities and public transport networks. Meanwhile, AI is transforming how product organisations operate, from discovery and delivery to design and user support.

The scope of the Product team covers our user app, our Employer/Territory platforms and our internal tooling for Growth & user support.

This is a rare moment to shape how Europe commutes. Two products, two user bases and two teams are becoming one, and our 3 strategic axes open up big, fun problems for a PM to solve. We are looking for a Product Manager who wants to bring two communities together, then help shape what comes next.

🚀 Join a team with a bold ambition

Our roadmap is built around 3 bold bets:

  • 🚌 Value: put carpooling on the transit map, right next to the metro, the bus and the train, in cities and rural areas across Europe.

  • ⚡ Efficiency: build the AI & automation-powered engine that helps deliver an outstanding client and user servicing at scale.

  • 🎲 User engagement: crack the holy grail of carpooling, the 5-person crew that commutes together every day. Gamification welcome!

We work outcome-first, with empowered teams at the heart of how we build.

We're looking for

🤝 Your first project: the migration

You will lead the migration of Daily clients and users to Karos, and make the switch so smooth they feel they gained something rather than lost something. A high-visibility project: migration starts in February 2027, with a clear finish line around June 2027. Once it is done, you will take ownership of a scope within our roadmap.

How you’ll work

  • Vision & execution: define the vision and strategy of your scope, shape OKRs and maintain a roadmap balancing user needs, technical feasibility and business value.

  • Leadership & decisiveness: tell a clear product story, communicate progress and make quick, clear decisions.

  • Collaboration & pace: empower your team with clarity on the problems to solve and the right routines; promote agile delivery and continuous improvement.

  • User-centricity: go deep on qualitative, quantitative and industry insights to inform product decisions.

  • Impact: define impact KPIs and measure product performance.

  • Go to market & feedback loop: equip client- and user-facing teams with clear product documentation and an effective feedback loop.

  • People growth: share feedback openly and help the team keep learning.

Preferred experience

  • You speak English and French fluently.

  • You have a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in Product Management.

  • You have led a migration, a platform consolidation or a product sunset, and know how to keep users and clients on board through change.

  • You are comfortable coordinating many stakeholders (Tech, Sales, CS, Ops, Marketing, clients) under a fixed deadline.

  • Organised and autonomous, you demonstrate rigour and reliability.

  • You are a keen problem solver with strong analytical skills, used to reporting.

  • You are comfortable speaking in public and engaging with users and clients.

  • Dynamic, creative and curious, you are eager to learn.

Your plus:

  • Experience with a merger or post-acquisition integration.

  • Experience driving strong market fit on a dedicated product scope.

  • Karos’ ambition motivates you, and you are excited about making short-distance carpooling a new form of public transport. 💚🌍

Your benefits 🌱

  • Alan healthcare

  • Swile card with a Karos contribution of 60%

  • Access to the “Forfait mobilités durables”

  • A very welcoming team and great offices in Paris
