The position

Job description

We are looking for a high-caliber M&A profile to help build and execute our acquisition strategy from the ground up.

This is not a support role. We are looking for someone who can think independently, source proprietary opportunities, structure creative deals, and drive transactions end to end.

You should be comfortable operating in a demanding, entrepreneurial environment with high standards, high autonomy, and direct exposure to top-level strategic decisions.

What you will do

  • Build and run our buy-and-build engine

  • Map markets, identify targets, and develop acquisition theses

  • Source proprietary opportunities through direct outreach and relationship building

  • Lead discussions with founders, shareholders, advisors, and counterparties

  • Structure creative transactions and propose the right deal architecture

  • Drive execution across the full M&A process: valuation, negotiation, due diligence, signing, and closing

  • Work closely with leadership on strategic priorities and capital allocation

  • Help shape post-acquisition logic and long-term consolidation strategy


Preferred experience

  • Around 4 to 7 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, private equity, or corporate development

  • Strong deal judgment and the ability to form a clear view quickly

  • Creative thinker on deal structuring, not just execution

  • Proven ability to combine analytical rigor with commercial instinct

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership, and appetite for building

  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal impact
