To do this, we’ve built an AI-powered platform that changes how pharmaceutical companies and doctors around the world collaborate to bring medical breakthroughs to patients. Leading companies and over 5,500 research sites rely on Inato to increase patient access, improve representation in trials, and deliver life-changing treatments to patients faster.

Drug development is a challenging, intellectually demanding, and deeply rewarding endeavor. We are a growing team of passionate product and AI engineers, pharmaceutical and go-to-market experts, and operators from diverse backgrounds—each bringing a unique perspective to solving the most complex problems in clinical research.

We are a remote-first company of around 60 team members based across France and the United States. We operate as one global team, with a strong emphasis on asynchronous collaboration to support focus and flexibility across time zones. All employees receive a monthly stipend that can be used for co-working spaces or for traveling to collaborate in person with teammates. We also come together several times a year for team offsites, and once a year for a full-company gathering.
