Your Mission

Your mission is to make sure Prolong scales the delivery of new clients in a demanding enterprise software environment.

As we grow from dozens to hundreds of enterprise customers, every new customer should make our integration & deployment methodology and tooling smarter, not heavier. Every implementation should strengthen our delivery capabilities & speed, and enrich our library of on-the-shelf connectors. The objective is not simply to execute projects well and ensure client success & satisfaction. It’s to redesign how projects are delivered.

At the same time, you will help us build one of the key growth driver: partner-led scalability, where ISVs (Independent Software Vendors) as well as system integrators implement & deploy our platform autonomously to their own customers

Your role

Today, every enterprise customer brings unique business processes, legacy systems and operational constraints.Your role won’t be simply to connect systems. It should be to continuously find patterns that allow us to transform bespoke implementations and customer complexity into reusable platform capabilities.

This role requires tech seniority, client facing, autonomy, rigor, and ownership.

1.Deliver new clients

• Together with the Deliver Manager

  • your are responsible to ensure the success client success and satisfaction during the project delivery phase

  • you contribute to the specification and implementation of configurations within our workflow engine, working alongside client teams from scoping through to deployment.

• You design and develop robust, scalable connectors between Prolong and third-party systems (PIM, ERP, e-commerce, CRM, etc.).

• You build and maintain our connectors & integrations public API to ensure accessibility by third party partners, quality, performance, configurability and maintainability

2.Ensure geographic expansion & upsell for existing clients

• Together with the Customer Success Manager, you are responsible to ensure client success and satisfaction after the project delivery and during the client RUN by deploying geographical expansion, upselling new module and activating new integrations

• You ensure configurations and integrations evolve over time

• You contribute actively to solve bugs coming from our ticketing system or detected internally in order to stick to our SLA

3.Scale internal and partner led delivery

We believe implementation should progressively disappear as a bottleneck.
Today, projects are delivered. Tomorrow, projects are configured. Eventually, projects will largely be orchestrated through AI-assisted configuration.

Your mission is to redesign every layer of our delivery model so each new implementation becomes faster, simpler and more autonomous than the previous one.

• You are responsible to redesign how projects are delivered for better quality, efficiency & autonomy of project team (internal & third parties). You do not limit to simply execute projects and continuously identify and deliver new ideas to improve our existing integration & deployment architecture, methodology and associated tooling, such as:

  - Configuration over custom development

  - Automation over manual work

  - AI-assisted delivery wherever it creates value

• You work closely with the Engineering & Platform director on initiatives to ensure scalability, security modularity & self-service for our clients and third party partners (modular architecture enhancement by design, full self-serve configuration layers, China-ready architecture & compliance)

4.Be the technical voice in pre-sales and sales engineering activities

• You work closely with Sales and Sales Engineering team when answering to RFP (Request for proposal)

• You are the technical voice during oral presentation linked to RFP oral defense or to advanced pre-sales meetings where we need to provide assurance regarding Security, Scalability and Architecture

• Capture recurring customer requirements and continuously feed Product with insights that help evolve the platform.

Our integration work spans a wide and varied range of protocols and systems — REST, SOAP, GraphQL, flat files, FTP, and more. You’ll connect everything from beautifully documented APIs (think Stripe) to battle-hardened legacy systems (think M3). If you take pride in making things work cleanly regardless of what’s on the other side of the wire, you’ll fit right in.

The Team you’ll join

In terms of organization:

• You will be managed by the Chief Operation Officer (COO) and mentored technically by our CTO

• You will take parts to tech rituals in order to build expertise in the platform, our standards, and our tech culture

• You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Operations and Sales.
