What you’ll do 💪

As a member of Hexa’s core team of experts, you’ll work on content creation initiatives to grow the eFounders and startups brands.

You will report to Communications Manager Sarah Barron and you will work collaboratively with Studio founders as well as Startup founders.

For Hexa:

  • Produce high-quality content for our blog to grow and engage our audience of entrepreneurs
  • Create, manage, and execute a social media content calendar (LinkedIn, Twitter & Instagram)
  • Create and execute new and creative content initiatives to continue to attract the best entrepreneurs

For our startups:

  • Collaborate with our founders to devise and execute content-driven initiatives to drive sign-ups and awareness (blog, website, product content…).
  • Be the go-to person for all things social media. Evaluate social media needs and create and manage content accordingly.
  • Create, manage and execute content distribution plans.
  • Evaluate your content’s impact and iterate fast to constantly improve and drive results.

Preferred experience

We’re looking for a native English-speaking content writer with a passion for B2B SaaS, who thrives in fast-paced high-growth startup environments.

  • Previous experience. You’ve got 2-3 years of content experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably at a B2B tech company.
  • Languages. Native English and fluent in French. You watch Netflix without subs and can craft impactful content in English.
  • You’re a writer. You’ve got superb writing skills, both short and long form. You enjoy geeking out on finding the right words.
  • Start-up mode. You enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced, target-driven, and team-oriented environment.
  • Organized. The thought of writing a thoughtful blog piece on a highly technical fintech startup in the morning and engaging social media content on a crypto startup in the afternoon is exciting to you. You love working on a wide range of topics in a variety of content formats and have the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for B2B tech. You are able to synthesize and distill complex concepts into clear, concise messaging that’s easy for a B2B audience to understand.
  • Collaborator. You’re comfortable reaching out to all kinds of different individuals, from our highly ambitious CEOs of startups to our seasoned Studio founders. You’re able to understand the unique challenges they face and figure out together the best way to get things done.
  • Self-driven. You are self-driven, with a bias for action and a results-oriented mindset. You take ownership of projects fast and love to work independently.
  • Curious. You love to stay on top of the latest trends and are constantly trying to find new ways to rewrite the content marketing playbook.
