Your main mission will be to bring value to our clients and help them tackle their biggest challenges. To do so you will be leveraging Hello Tomorrow’s extensive network of deep tech startups and experts. You will also collect data and run in-depth analysis to elaborate impactful recommendations for our clients.

As Senior Consultant, you will drive parts of our clients projects (or entire cases), managing junior consultants. You will increase your understanding of the corporates innovation journey, build in-depth technical and business expertise in various fields, and see by yourself how new technologies are reshaping entire industries.

You will be supported by experienced Managers and Partners who will be challenging you (in a good way!), help you take the most important decisions, and who are sincerely committed to your professional growth.

WHAT WILL YOU CONCRETELY DO? 

Trends and new markets analysis, mappings and strategic recommendations

• Analysing and mapping of upcoming technological trends, by leveraging our use case database and network of experts 

• Analysing and sizing of new markets, and formulation of recommendations to help our clients design their way forward in these emerging markets

Finding innovative solutions and startups

• Identifying the best innovations and solutions to well-identified client needs by running targeted scouting and operating Innovation Challenges to connect our clients with startups from the Hello Tomorrow network around those needs

Clients interaction

• Interacting with clients on content or project management related subjects

• Answering clients’ needs and meet their expectations by delivering curated high-quality content

• Facilitating workshops within consulting missions, using innovation management methods such as Ecosystem Mapping, Design Thinking or Lean Startup (in-house training materials will be provided)

Team

• Helping manage the most junior team members, starting with interns

• Transferring know-how to consultants and helping them improve their skills and competencies

• Getting involved in our internal team activities (recruitment, team life, trainings…) as well as external activities (mostly webinars and events)

Project management

• Managing autonomously part of (or sometimes entire) deliverables for clients

Contribution to commercial activity 

• Take part in meetings with potential clients to understand their needs

• Work on commercial proposals valorising Hello Tomorrow’s assets and our team’s experience to best answer their needs

• You have solid foundations in consulting skills with at least 4 years experience in external client-facing (consulting firm in strategy and/or innovation management) or equivalent role

• You already managed junior consultants or interns 

• You have a technical, scientific or engineering background (or have a good understanding and strong interest for technical subjects, from past experiences)

• Gross salary 54 - 58K€
