Job description

🌱 About us

Our journey began in 2019 with Alexis, Matthieu and Arnaud as our founders. Today we are a global leader in carbon accounting , we’re B-corp certified and a recognised member of the French Tech 120.

Our innovative climate suite combines smart data collection with advanced features making it possible for our clients to measure precisely, actively reduce, and report efficiently on their progress. On top of that, our clients receive dedicated guidance from our Climate Experts throughout their journey.

We are a team of 250 people from 38 nationalities based in Paris, London, Barcelona and New York, which allows us to strengthen our international presence.

We support over 3,000 companies across more than 20 countries to measure their carbon footprint (through carbon assessment and life cycle analyses), reduce their emissions (SBTi trajectory and action plan quantification), and comply with new regulations (CSRD, CBAM, ISSB).

Today, our impact is measured in tons of carbon under management, with over 200 million tons of CO2 tracked through our platform.

Our next milestone : serving 10,000 clients and managing one billion tons of CO2 to make carbon management as essential as financial management.

🌱 Our Values

  • Ambition for climate : Minimize GHG emissions, maximize climate impact
  • Deliver with agility : Work in small increments: fail fast, learn fast, win fast
  • Own your opportunities : Achieve outstanding results by showing initiative and accountability
  • Feedback paves the way : Succeed as a team by helping others progress

    • Improving demo accounts: analyze, test, and optimize accounts to best reflect the varied needs of our customers. You will need to be able to create or adapt realistic databases based on actual customer cases and integrate them into our demo environments to demonstrate the value of our tool. This will involve working with large databases and various visualization tools.
    • Training sales teams: ensuring that sales teams are proficient in demos and comfortable addressing different use cases. This involves not only demonstrating a feature, but also explaining why it is key for the customer.
    • Development roadmap: collaborating with the Product and Tech teams to consolidate a roadmap that meets the growing expectations of our prospects and customers.
    • Monitoring and innovation: proposing innovative ideas to anticipate future needs and strengthen our demonstration capabilities.

      • 🎓 You are currently enrolled for your final-year Master's student (business school, engineering school, or equivalent).
      • 💡 Resourceful and solution-oriented: you know how to be proactive when faced with the unexpected.
      • 📊 Analytical mind: you enjoy solving complex problems using a structured approach.
      • 🧠 Technical curiosity: you are not afraid to explore tools, platforms, and technical concepts, even if you are not an expert at the outset.
      • 🗣️ Proactiveness : you enjoy collaborating with (and feel comfortable communicating with) a wide variety of profiles and teams.
      • 💬 Bilingual french / english, spoken and written in order to attend client meetings and feel comfortable taking part in conversations.
      • ⚡ Appetite for the startup environment: you thrive in a setting where priorities change quickly and challenges arise daily.
      • 🗓️ Availability to do a 6-month internship (stage), starting ideally in September 8th

        Not a must, but a great-to-have :
      • 🌎 A strong interest in sustainability and some knowledge of carbon accounting.

        • 📍Beautiful offices in the heart of Paris (9e arrondissement).
        • 🏠 Flexibility to work remotely (ocassionally)
        • ⚒️ Top-notch tools to enhance your talent and support flawless delivery
        • 🚅 Transportation reimbursement 50% (Navigo)
        • 🥗 Lunch vouchers by Ekip for a more sustainable way of consuming!
        • 🤝 An exciting culture of autonomy, a role that will allow you to take ownership whilst being guided by really talented team members, and concrete projects to build experience on.

Greenly is a team built on the power of differences coming together. We embrace individuality, support human growth, and recognise the value in second chances. We are not looking for a person who will fit the mold, we need individuals who can add to our culture. This position is obviously open to candidates with special needs and we are committed to providing necessary accommodations.
