As Greenly grows to become the world’s leading carbon management platform, we are looking for a Financial Manager to solidify our Finance function and drive strategic decisions. We are a Series A company with 150+ employees. You will be reporting directly to our France CEO.

Your missions

• Financial Reporting: monthly investor reporting, weekly founder meeting, board preparation, yearly audit 💼

• Financial Analysis: performance analysis, financial controlling 📈

• Financial Budgeting: short and mid term, financial modeling, in collaboration with each team 💰

• Financial Advisory to each team: budget setting and tracking, performance analysis, support in decision making 💪

• Revenue Management: review contracts and specific billing conditions, improve renewal processes, manage customer financial relationships 🔄

• Accounting control: work closely with our accountant(s) to ensure accounts are promptly closed at each period 📓

• Payroll with Payfit: controls, bonus check…

• Setting up processes to automate the finance function: invoicing, financial operations, reportings etc.🧾

• Support in fundraising

You will benefit from the support of our current Financial Administrative Manager (in charge of invoicing, payments, suppliers, finops) and our cabinet d’experts comptables 🧠

The profile we’re looking for:

• 3-7 years of professional experience in polyvalent financial roles: Audit, FP&A, Financial Controller

• Experience in SaaS businesses is a plus 💻

• Hands on, autonomous and strategic thinking: we won’t be able to micromanage you so we need you to take on initiative and identify where numbers can help drive the strategy 💯

• Collaborative thinking: we expect you to get out of your spreadsheets and figure out what are each team’s challenges to support them in being more efficient 💭

• Attention to details and precision, analytical thinking 🧐

• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced, dynamic and ever changing startup environment 🚀

• Strong interest for climate & sustainability topics 🌱

• Fluent verbal/written communication and presentation skills in both French and English 🇫🇷🇬🇧
