As a Technical AI Product Manager, you’ll join as a foundational member of our team, working closely with our Head of Product to shape Gladia’s strategy and define the future of Voice AI features. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role where you’ll directly impact the company’s OKRs and product roadmap.

Role

• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for all Voice AI features – from strategy to delivery.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership to define and execute on key OKRs.

• Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and prioritize features to deliver impactful solutions.

• Own product strategy and translate it into clear requirements, roadmaps, and execution plans.

• Partner with our Head of Product on voice-first innovation, scaling our API’s capabilities.

• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and travel regularly to align on strategy and execution.
  

Profile

• Technical background (experience as a Software Engineer with a solid understanding of APIs and AI products)

• Previous experience in an early stage startup on a founding product role

• Experience in product strategy and OKR ownership, with a founder mindset.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to align technical and non-technical teams.

• Bonus point: Experience working on real-time AI or audio-related projects.

What Gladia offers

• The compensation offered is based on seniority and experience, and would typically range from €50k to €80k in base salary + BSPCE

• Full remote policy in France

• Team gathering in Paris every 1.5 months or work from our amazing offices & rooftop in the heart of Paris (Sentier)
