GitGuardian teams have developed a source code security platform for the DevOps generation. Our solutions are already used by more than 400K developers worldwide!


  • Doing hands-on software development
  • Working closely with other highly-skilled Developers, Software Engineers in Test and SREs
  • Extend features of the internal CLI tool used by developers in their day-to-day work
  • Provide self-service tools for developers to efficiently access the components of our internal infrastructure
  • Analyze performance of each of the test, build, deploy phase, and propose optimizations on these
  • Maintaining and ensuring an excellent quality of developed code
  • Implement new components or new frameworks that make squads more effective in their delivery.
  • Maintain developers tools (ex: package manager)
  • Provide expertise on Django, advocate Django related best practices with the Company.
  • Working closely with other highly-skilled Backend developers, QAs and SREs

The Developer Efficiency’s main focuses

  • Provide insights at Engineering Department Level on Developer Efficiency trends
  • Collect squads development pain points (ex: slow CI)
  • Develop components/frameworks that make features development easier and faster 

Our technical stack

  • Backend: Python + Django, Go, RabbitMQ, Redis
  • DB: PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch (+ Kibana)
  • Frontend: React / Typescript
  • Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS

    • You have a degree in engineering, computer science or similar technical field
    • You have at least 2+ years of web software development experience, with a strong Python knowledge
    • You are experienced working with the following : web application development, Unix/Linux environments, distributed and parallel systems.
    • Like us, you have a dynamic and proactive personality, always willing to help your colleagues
    • You are a good communicator, able to adapt your language to your audience : you know when to be technical and specific, and when to remain high level

    • You know how to set up a development environment with Docker
    • You don’t embed API keys in your code ;-)
    • You have experience handling big data ( 100 Go < < 10 To) with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ELK stack
