Job description
We’re looking for a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale the programs that turn target accounts into qualified pipeline. This role owns demand generation end-to-end — email nurtures, paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), content syndication, webinars, and organic social presence — while contributing to overall messaging strategy and brand direction
You’ll set demand gen campaign strategy and ensure it stays aligned with FourKites’ broader narrative by partnering across Marketing, Product, and Sales
Lead the growth and pipeline strategy: design and execute an integrated plan across paid, content, social, and lifecycle programs, with the roadmap and budget to hit awareness, conversion, and pipeline targets
Build and manage always-on and campaign-specific nurture programs including drip sequences, segmentation, and A/B testing, in coordination with sales development
Own end-to-end execution for webinars tied to active demand gen campaigns (platform administration, promotion, registration, and follow-up)
Draft first-pass content supporting demand gen campaigns — landing pages, campaign emails, ad copy, and gated assets — for review and refinement
Own content syndication, third-party promotions, and paid placements end-to-end — from vendor selection and contracting through asset delivery, lead handoff with marketing ops and SDRs, and performance tracking
Build and maintain campaign planning templates and calendars that keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned on timing, assets, and channels
Own strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, including keyword strategy, bid management, audience targeting, and budget allocation across funnel stages
Own quarterly keyword planning — competitive gap analysis, tiered keyword strategy, and forecasting to inform budget conversations
Maintain and refresh our ICP and target persona/title lists each half or after major launches, feeding both paid and account-based targeting
Own day-to-day management of FourKites’ social channels with agency support on execution: copywriting on 2-3 posts weekly, final QA on all posts and graphics, community moderation, and photo/asset sourcing
Serve as the go-to resource for internal teams looking to get social content published, ensuring everything meets brand and voice standards
Partner closely with the Director, Corporate Marketing on campaign strategy for nurture and webinar programs
Partner with content, PR, and product marketing to align demand gen campaigns with major company moments (product launches, positioning shifts, analyst events)
Partner with marketing operations on analytics and reporting infrastructure — pipeline sourced/influenced, cost per opportunity, and channel-level ROI — so performance data is reliable and accessible across campaigns
Own continuous improvement across all campaigns: regularly test, measure, and iterate on targeting, messaging, and spend allocation based on performance data, rather than treating campaigns as set-and-forget
In your first 90 days: you’ll have taken ownership of the paid media, social media, and webinar programs, be fluent in current campaign performance and ICP targeting, and have a working rhythm established with the Director, Corporate Marketing on nurture and webinar strategy
By month six: you’ll be running demand gen campaigns independently end-to-end, have a content syndication program live and generating qualified leads, have improved reporting visibility into pipeline sourced by channel, and have tightened up campaign planning processes for the broader marketing team
Preferred experience
This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role for someone who’s equally comfortable optimizing a paid search account, building a nurture sequence, and keeping our social channels sharp day to day
6+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience in enterprise SaaS. Experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation technology and AI agents is a plus
Comfort working with data to track performance — you don’t need to build dashboards yourself, but you should be fluent enough in the numbers to know what to test next
A collaborative style; you’ll work closely across Sales, Marketing, and Product and need to bring people along rather than execute in a silo
Comfort managing organic social channels day to day, including community moderation and content QA
Strong project management instincts — comfortable building and maintaining the templates, processes, and calendars that keep a marketing team organized
Strong writing skills — clear, human copy for campaigns and social, even if long-form content isn’t your primary focus
Experience owning a webinar program (platform administration, promotion, and reporting) is a plus
Hands-on email marketing experience, including building nurture sequences, managing segmentation, and reporting on engagement and conversion
Direct, hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, from strategy through execution and optimization is preferred
