🛠️ Your role
We are looking for a Compensation Expert (Solution Engineer) to strengthen our expertise across Figures.
Reporting directly to Agnès Chauvigny (VP People and Compensation Expert), you will:
Act as an internal compensation advisor to Sales and CS teams, helping them succeed with complex prospects and mature enterprise clients.
Partner with Sales as a solution engineer: prepare demo environments, participate in client demos, and provide compensation expertise to win bigger, more complex deals.
Support the CS team on strategic or complex compensation reviews and onboarding.
Build scalable resources and training to help CS & Sales colleagues become comp experts themselves.
Contribute to strengthening Figures’ overall knowledge and thought leadership in compensation.

On-market salary. We target the market’s 50th percentile using data from the best benchmark on the market. Here’s the description of our levels.
👉🏼 The estimated salary for someone based in France, is
Intermediate level, between €48,200 and €58,900.
Senior level, between €58,300 and €73,700.
Above-market equity. We allocate 14% of our company towards employee grants, which is considerably above market practices (the average equity pool size is a bit less than 10%).
**Company incentive program (profit sharing plan).**
👉🏼 We believe in a collective sharing of Figures’ success. The purpose of this bonus is to associate employees collectively with the results and/or performance of the company.
👉🏼 The bonus potential is €3,000.

Maternity & parental leave: our basis is the French market minimum, but if you’re in a country with better ones, we’ll align your perks on it, hoping that someday we’ll all be aligned to German standards. 🙌 On top of that:
1-month parental leave for the second parent paid at 100% of the salary.
1-month worked part-time (50%) but paid at 100% when returning from maternity leave.
🧩 What we’re looking for
Solid experience (3–6 years) in compensation / HR / C&B consulting or a related role.
Strong understanding of compensation practices, frameworks, and review processes.
Comfortable with client-facing work: able to explain complex compensation concepts clearly and pedagogically.
Pragmatic, low-ego, and team-oriented: you thrive in ambiguity, adjust priorities quickly, and enjoy supporting others.
You are fluent in English (we are building an international team).
Alignment with our values: you have a strong sense of ownership, you are pragmatic & you are at ease giving and receiving feedback (while not taking yourself too seriously!).
You are based in France, the UK or Germany (or willing to relocate).
You are comfortable working remotely.
