  • As a Client Success Associate at FE fundinfo, you will own a portfolio of clients using our Data Mastering products, guiding them from their earliest steps as new users through to becoming confident, long-term partners
  • This is a role where your instinct for building trust and your understanding of the fund industry translate into real impact — for your clients and for the business
  • You will have the opportunity to work at the intersection of client relationships and product strategy, representing client voices internally and helping shape how our solutions evolve
  • Guiding new Data Mastering clients through their transition from sales prospect to active, confident product user
  • Building and maintaining close, long-term relationships across a portfolio of asset management and distribution clients
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to help clients get more value from our Data Mastering products and services
  • Monitoring client product usage and engagement to ensure clients are consistently benefiting from our solutions
  • Keeping current with our portfolio and clients’ evolving business needs to make timely, relevant recommendations
  • Coordinating with internal teams across product, operations, and data strategy to connect client requirements with our development roadmap

Benefits

  • Training & Career Development
  • Health & Wellbeing Initiatives
  • Versatile Working Principles - we value in-person time with our colleagues, yet understand the benefits working from home can bring
  • Community Impact - our charity initiatives respond to local causes that resonate with our employees
  • FE fundinfo’s Community Day gives each of our employees the opportunity to dedicate a day of work time to a meaningful cause

Preferred experience

  • You are resilient, analytical, and equally comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex propositions with clarity and professionalism
  • You are confident using Salesforce, the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, and are comfortable applying AI tools to improve your productivity
  • Around one year of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in B2B client success, account management or relationship management
  • You have demonstrated the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders across all levels of a client organisation
