Olivier Fleurier arrived 6 years ago as a sales coordinator in France. He then moved to Germany to manage both the French and German field sales teams. Team rituals and events

A meeting is organised every two weeks, this meeting allows each employee to expose their ongoing work and (if needed) issues that need solution to the team.

This meeting is used to announce company developments, process changes or any important information.

In addition, throughout the year at Ecolive, we do not hesitate to get together for social events. Many employees take advantage of the lunch break to play sports (futsal, badminton, etc.). Our offices are equipped with showers and a bicycle garage.
