Do you close more deals than you manage? Do you lead by example on the floor — prospecting, qualifying, pushing hard to the finish line? Then we want to talk.

🚀 About DQE

DQE is an international SaaS scale-up on a mission to help businesses unlock the full potential of their customer data — through AI-powered solutions.

In a data-driven world, organizations can only deliver exceptional customer experiences when their data is accurate, reliable, and unified — and that's exactly what we do.

With our DQE One platform, we embed AI at the heart of every feature: intelligent matching, deduplication, enrichment, and real-time validation enable more than 800 large enterprises worldwide to improve their data quality, unify customer profiles, and fuel smarter business decisions. Our solutions integrate with leading ecosystems including AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, Salesforce, and Snowflake.

We operate on a global scale — Europe, the Americas, Asia — and continue to grow rapidly.

🌍Why this role - and why now

The AI revolution is fundamentally changing what businesses need from their data. AI models are only as good as the data they run on — and companies are realizing that data quality is no longer a back-office concern. It's a strategic imperative.

That's why we're building the European data quality champion. With the integration of Omikron into the DQE Group, we now offer a broader range of products than ever: from real-time address validation to customer data matching, MDM, data integration, and AI-ready data platforms.

We are the data quality trust layer for modern businesses — and the DACH market is a critical growth engine for the Group. Your mission: make it happen.
