As a Training & Development Content Creator, you will join the People Success team to ensure excellent product knowledge of all Doctolibers in Germany. You are passionate about our products, have great pedagogical skills and you are an expert in creating impactful visual content.

Your Missions :

• Product knowledge management:
• Track the release of new features and test them before creating training content;
• Be at the forefront of product knowledge and answer questions from Technical support teams.

• Initial training content creation:
• Create videos to present features (basics and new features);
• Create quiz to assess knowledge;
• Create program to anchor the knowledge.

• Other Tasks:
• Continuously exchange ideas and findings with your counterpart in France to propose solutions applicable to both countries and share feedback;
• Participate in the migration of our e-learning solution;
• Participate in the creation of a gamification program for our trainings;
• Test new tools to create and animate our trainings.

• are a good communicator;
• are good in designing impactful videos and presentations;
• are curiosity and has a strong appetite for the product;

• have experience in project management;
• are fluent in English and German,( both spoken and written);
• are versatile and adaptable;
• have 1-2 years of working experience in similar role.
