What we do

You’re going to be part of our team working on an application that’s a key part of Doctolib’s global strategy. We write a web application that allows Doctolib’s doctors and practitioners to book appointment and manage those. Our team’s mission is to not only enable doctors to do booking for patients, but also to do that in a very smooth and efficient way. The team is very diverse and international, and consist of very determined, enthusiastic at the same time funny experts. So you’ll be able to get the knowledge and support needed to grow your career.

What you’ll do

As a Fullstack Developer you will be responsible for:

• Taking leadership of delivering roadmap items (together with the team)
• Contribute on setting technical vision and defining the roadmap for the next quarters
• Implementing changes to our React based web application (written in TypeScript/Javascript)
• Implementing changes to our Ruby backend app
• Working closely with Technical Services to help them diagnose really hard problems
• Joining us on our quest to continuously improve the way we work

 

Who you are

What we look for is someone who is proactive, involved, curious, and collaborative. You write test
-driven pragmatically engineered code. We don’t mind if you have not worked in a Ruby/React environment: if you are ready to learn, we are ready to teach you. You are expected to complete a homework test and your code will be discussed with you if it passes our review.
