Key Account Manager - Refurbished Distribution

Through our Refurbished-on-Demand (RoD) programs, Dipli sources refurbished devices from a network of certified suppliers. We deliver them to distribution channels and their procurement teams with consistent quality, compliance and delivery.

You will own our RoD key accounts, starting with a priority account currently in European rollout.

Your two goals:

• be the day-to-day counterpart of the customer’s group and country teams;

• grow, country by country, the share of the customer’s refurbished business that runs through Dipli.

Your responsibilities

• Account management

Own the relationship with the customer’s group and country stakeholders.

Run regular business reviews, handle escalations and maintain the account plan.

Agree with the customer on operating rules: ordering, quality standards, returns (RMA).

• European rollout

Launch the program in each new country. This covers supplier listing, ordering and EDI setup, invoicing and delivery models, and local compliance.

Work with Dipli’s local market leads to activate country teams and grow volumes.

• Offers and deals

Build offers with our Sales team (assortment, pricing, volumes, delivery phasing) and take them to approval.

Coordinate one-off deals from customer request to purchase order.

• Execution

Follow every order from purchase order to delivery and returns, with Operations (fulfillment, quality control) and Finance (invoicing, reconciliation).

Own the customer-facing KPIs: availability, fill rate, on-time delivery, quality, returns.

Spot issues early and drive their resolution across internal teams, suppliers and logistics partners.

Preferred background profile

• Experience with multi-country customers, where ordering, invoicing and delivery rules differ by country.

• Hands-on knowledge of retail: purchase orders, EDI, warehouse and store deliveries, returns.

• A background in consumer electronics, refurbished products or distribution is a strong plus.

• Strong with numbers and Data-driven: you build your own analyses and catch discrepancies before the customer does.

• Structured, reliable, comfortable with demanding stakeholders.

• Native or bilingual level in German

• Fluent English. French is a plus.
