Timely delivery of DHL packages around the globe in a way that ensures customer data are secure is in the core of what we do. You will provide second/third level day-to-day operation support, as well as help investigate and resolve incidents and work closely with application support and development teams on deployments and production issues. Sometimes, issues might get tricky and this is where cooperation on troubleshooting with other IT support teams and specialists will come into play. Vendor communication for platform/software level issues is also important.

As a Senior System Support Specialist (Snowflake Admin & Matillion) having Snowflake administration experience is mandatory. Very good knowledge of Matillion or other ETL/ELT tools will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a Business Intelligence aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of Teradata SQL and is ready for 24/7 on-call support. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

Hi, my name is Martin and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2004, when I took a role as BI Principal Architect in the ITS Professional Service team. Six years later, I moved to Production Services in a role of BI Platform Operations Support manager. Since 2021, I’m in the role of BI Infrastructure Architecture Director, also leading team onboarding new BI and data platforms. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition – BI and Data Platform Infrastructure build, support, and operations.
