Having started his career as an engineer, and with now 15 + years of tech industry experience, Richard has expertise in enterprise and solutions architecture, solutions consulting, pre-sales, digital applications infrastructure setup and application development, agile delivery, and process improvements. Additionally, Richard has a wealth of knowledge in creating roadmaps for application modernisation, migration and feature rollout strategies. Richard was instrumental to the delivery of Daltrey’s solution to a Federal government agency client in 2021 and has recently been promoted to a Product Lead role.


At Daltrey we are always looking for ways to develop our team members. We offer internal and external coaching, a weekly buddy system where we speak to a different person each week to get to know everyone, and a mix of curated online courses developed internally as well as live sessions on soft skills development.

Our performance review process is called Reflections takes place twice a year, in January and July, where goals are implemented and reviewed and two-way feedback is provided.

Additionally, if an employee has a strong interest in a particular course they can apply to receive funding from Daltrey, and take advantage of our paid study leave.

Our Executive and Commercial teams are active with speaking engagements and conferences to build out the Daltrey brand.

For engagement activities, we have fun with online trivia, in-person team building engagements held in both Australia and Europe.

We also have a monthly Town Hall where the leadership team shares updates on their respective functions. During the Town Halls we also have an AMA (ask me anything) segment where any of our team members can ask an anonymous question to our CEO about anything they would like to learn more of.
