We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to help shape and scale Cureety’s product for the US healthcare market.
You will drive key product areas across our platform, including the patient app, clinician workflows, and care coordination tools. You will work at the intersection of product strategy, clinical reality, operations, and execution, turning complex oncology workflows into simple and effective product experiences.
You will work closely with the Head of AI & US Product, the COO / US Market Lead, and the engineering, design, clinical, and data teams to bring new capabilities into real-world use.
This role is for someone who wants to build products that do not just look good in demos, but actually work in live care settings.
Drive product development for the US market
Own product discovery and delivery for key US-focused initiatives
Adapt and evolve the platform for US clinical workflows, reimbursement models, and system constraints
Identify opportunities to solve both current operational pain points and emerging care delivery challenges
Help shape the product roadmap based on user needs, business priorities, and market realities
Turn complex oncology workflows into usable products
Translate real clinical and operational workflows into simple, effective product experiences
Design for nurses managing high patient volumes, physicians making time-sensitive decisions, and patients navigating complex treatment journeys
Build products that fit into the current digital ecosystem rather than adding operational burden
Bring AI into the product in a practical and trusted way
Help define and integrate AI-powered capabilities such as copilots, workflow automation, and recommendations
Focus on usefulness, trust, transparency, and workflow fit
Ensure AI improves decision-making and operational efficiency without increasing cognitive load for care teams
Contribute to AI product thinking as a strategic differentiator for the US market
Work directly with US care organizations
Partner with cancer centers, community practices, clinicians, administrators, and operators
Run pilots, gather feedback, and iterate quickly
Turn field insights into clear product decisions and shipped improvements
Own execution end-to-end
Drive roadmap, prioritization, and delivery for your product areas
Work closely with engineering, design, UX, clinical, and data teams
Balance speed, adoption, clinical safety, and regulatory constraints
Define success metrics and learn from product outcomes in the field
You will be working where it matters most - at a time where oncology care transformation is not an option:
Earlier detection, intervention and care for patients
Better experiences for patients, creating care that reflects their daily lives and needs
Connecting precision therapies to precision care
Less fragmentation in cancer care, including for diverse communities
More time for clinicians to focus on patients
Better access to innovative therapies
Economic sustainability
7+ years in Product Management
Experience building complex, user-facing products (ideally in healthtech, SaaS, or operations-heavy environments)
Strong ability to translate messy real-world problems into clear product decisions
Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Experience in healthcare or clinical workflows
Exposure to AI-enabled products
Familiarity with US health system dynamics (EHRs, reimbursement, care delivery models)
Understanding of data privacy and compliance requirements
Professional working proficiency in French is a plus, but not required
Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery)
Figma for design and prototyping
Confluence for research and product documentation
Slack for cross-functional collaboration
You focus on real-world impact, not just features
You simplify complexity without losing nuance
You care about adoption, trust, and usability
You’re hands-on, pragmatic, and outcome-driven
You’re curious, learn fast, and are drawn to complex systems
You see tensions as design opportunities
You never compromise on ethics and trust
Work on a mission-critical problem in one of the most complex areas of healthcare
Join at a pivotal stage in our US expansion and help define how the product evolves
Build in a category where product quality, workflow fit, and trust truly matter
Work closely with leadership and have direct influence on strategy and execution
Be part of a company with proven traction in Europe and strong ambition in the US market
This is a remote role based in the United States, with a preference for candidates located on the East Coast or able to work primarily in East Coast / Central time zones.
The role includes occasional travel to customer sites, including hospitals and oncology practices, to build firsthand understanding of user workflows, care environments, and operational realities.
You will work in close partnership with the COO / US Market Lead and the Head of AI, with regular exposure to strategic and operational decisions tied to the US market.
Launch 1–2 US-ready product workflows adapted to real clinical and operational needs
Support pilots with US cancer centers or community practices and translate field learnings into product improvements
Define product priorities and roadmap direction for key US-specific topics
Ship early AI-enabled features with measurable user adoption and clear workflow value
Build strong working relationships with clinicians, operators, and internal teams
The target base salary range for this role is $125,000–$180,000, plus equity and benefits.
Final compensation will depend on experience, profile, and location.
