Criteo Cares Communities allow the Criteos to get involved in the issues they care about by meeting other like-minded colleagues with whom they can launch joint projects to raise awareness and change their company, Criteo. Each community has a leader who liaises with the CSR Manager in order to move in a common direction and bring ideas to the top of the organization.

Our Greatest Diversity Actions

There is no pay difference between male and female employees at Criteo. In 2019, 39% of Criteo's promotions went to women, in line with the share of female employees at the company. The company guarantees 100% salary to female employees on maternity leave.

There are several formal ERGs active at Criteo: Women, Pride, Parents , Education, BIPOC, Green, Through initiatives such as training and coaching, seminars, open discussions, networking and mentorship, Criteo aims to engage, empower and inspire their employees.

The company trains recruiters on how to avoid unconscious bias when hiring, and ensures more women are included in panels.

They partner with associations like Article 1 and Simplon in France to organize trainings and workshops for underprivileged kids—many of them girls—who want to be software engineers.

Criteo's CEO Megan Clarken has made Diversity & Inclusion a top priority, with several initiatives led by our Senior Head of Diversity & Inclusion.
