Job description
- Reporting to the Director of Website Strategy, the Senior Website UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, scalable, and high-performing digital experiences across our web ecosystem
- This role will partner closely with developers, marketers, brand teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to create user-centered website experiences, evolve our design systems, support website redesign and migration initiatives, and transform complex business and technical requirements into elegant, conversion-focused interfaces
- We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Website UI/UX Designer to join our growing web and digital experience team. This is an individual contributor role focused on designing scalable, user-friendly, and visually compelling web experiences while helping modernize and streamline our broader digital ecosystem

- The ideal candidate combines strong visual and interaction design expertise with systems thinking, speed, and the ability to independently deliver polished, production-ready designs while leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to improve creative efficiency, scalability, and quality

- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern collaborative design workflows
- Proven experience supporting large-scale website redesigns, migrations, and digital modernization initiatives
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Deep expertise in website UI/UX design, interaction design, responsive layouts, and modern digital experiences
- Ability to translate business, marketing, and technical requirements into intuitive, elegant, and scalable user experiences
- Passionate about leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to improve design speed, quality, research, ideation, and scalability
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Able to work quickly and independently while maintaining a high standard for quality and consistency
- Experience designing for complex web ecosystems with multiple user journeys, audiences, and content types
- 10+ years of experience in UI/UX digital web design
- Strong experience building high-fidelity prototypes and incorporating thoughtful animations and transitions into modern digital experiences
- Strong understanding of developer handoff workflows and cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, responsive design, and conversion-focused UX best practices
- Strong experience creating scalable design systems, reusable UI patterns, and component libraries
- You think in systems and reusable patterns rather than one-off page designs
- You lead with curiosity, humility, and respect when working across teams and disciplines
- You’re proactive, resourceful, and able to operate with a high degree of autonomy

- Experience building and evolving scalable design systems, reusable UI patterns, and component-based digital ecosystems
- Expert-level experience with Figma, including advanced prototyping, interactive user flows, motion design, animations, and developer handoff workflows
- Strong visual design sensibilities with a deep understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, interaction design, accessibility, and modern web aesthetics
- Experience designing intuitive, conversion-focused user experiences across complex website ecosystems and user journeys
- Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and best practices across desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences
- Experience creating high-fidelity mockups, clickable prototypes, and polished interaction models that effectively communicate design intent
- Experience working in high-growth B2B SaaS, AI, cloud, or infrastructure environments
- Familiarity with headless CMS architectures and composable web platforms
- Experience collaborating closely with front-end developers to ensure high-quality implementation and scalable digital experiences
- Experience using analytics, heatmaps, experimentation, or user behavior tools to inform UX decisions
- Understanding of modern SEO/AEO and conversion optimization best practices
- Experience contributing to scalable design documentation, governance, and workflow standards
