Position Overview:

A senior Finance Applications Manager to lead our Finance Applications Team and spearhead the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial processes, and a strong background in financial systems, SaaS applications, and large implementation projects, focusing on optimizing financial processes and ensuring the seamless integration of new technologies.


Leadership and Team Management:

▪️ Build and lead the Finance Applications Team, providing Technical and functional guidance and mentorship.

▪️ Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

▪️ Develop and maintain a deep understanding of team members' strengths and areas for growth.

Finance Applications Architecture:

▪️ Ownership of the Finance applications architecture, data health, process adherence, and continuous improvement.

▪️ Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for all finance applications, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.

▪️ Conduct regular assessments of existing finance applications to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

▪️ Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to implement enhancements and updates to existing systems.

ERP Implementation:

▪️ Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new ERP system, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems.

▪️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and execute implementation plans.

Compliance and Security:

▪️ Enforce data security measures.

▪️ Ensure compliance with privacy regulations.

▪️ Collaborate with audit teams.

User Training and Support:

▪️ Develop training programs for end-users to maximize the utilization of finance applications.

▪️ Implement agile methodologies for providing ongoing support to users, addressing issues, and ensuring efficient use of the systems.


▪️ 10+ years experience in Finance ERP, P2P, FP&A tools, and cash management solutions, with at least 4 years of proven management of finance applications teams, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

▪️ Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.

▪️ Proven financial process knowledge.

▪️ Strong understanding of data structure and system architecture.

▪️ Expertise in MDM Design and development.

▪️ Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.

▪️ Client service-oriented with high data accuracy.
