You will be an all-round active member of the Commune team and the Real Estate Department, working on different topics and projects simultaneously including:

• Financial modeling of rental and acquisition deals

• Market research

• Participation in the revenue and expense planning at the company and property level

• Communication with third parties (service providers, clients, etc.)

• Production of written materials and oral presentations (reports, memos, pitches, etc.)

• Genuine interest for new forms of living and housing

• Excellent modeling and presentation skills

• Fluency in English and French

• Appetite for multi-tasking

• Attention to details, meticulousness and reliability

• Eagerness to travel in France (and abroad)

• Ability to work with high levels of uncertainty in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in the fields of finance and real estate is a plus
