Short version, we are looking for a full-time Creative Manager with ninja skills, meaning you’ll be on your own in that position but we need to feel as if you were an entire army just by yourself.

Please tell us what else you could do aside from:

• Manage the entire visual assets production for our worldwide communications in Brussels, Paris, New York, Madrid, Luxembourg, and… that’s it for now.
• Manage the production and post-production of all the photos for all our houses, so people want to stay with us when they see your pictures!
• Manage the production and post-production of all the videos for all our houses, yep sounds like the same thing, but now it’s with motion!
• Manage our social media presence with the help of our content manager, it means you’ll play around with Instagram stories and Facebook posts during lunchtime.
• Create beautiful behind-the-scenes to document the way we get things done.
• Design assets for our social media and general communication (blog, email,…)
• Blow our minds once in a while with some unexpected ideas for branding and marketing purposes or whatever comes from your creative ninja brain!
• Challenge us every day.

We already assume that you are:

• Experienced with photo/video gears but also audio recording and hardware in general. It’s okay if you are a geek.
• A blackbelt in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, Davinci Resolve, and/or similar creative production software.
• A problem solver and we can rely on you to take ownership of your projects
• A perfectionist looking to learn and improve every day.
