Your missions will be:

Design / Implement Master Data processes and control

  • For each type of data managed, propose process, organization and systems set up (user rights) to ensure data quality within the information system
  • Ensure that data policies and standards turn into practice within your domain
  • Establish internal policies and standards and ensure proper communication toward the companies of the group
  • Propose improvement plan (system, organization)
  • Propose & Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and dashboard to ensure continuous quality
  • Identify deviations and propose plan of actions

Manage Master Data

  • Receive, store and communicate data (companies/organizations, Denied Party Screening)
  • Name and rename it so that it is understandable and manageable for operations
  • Monitor data integration/creation by users
  • Perform data analysis to identify pattern, deviations, risks
  • Deal with multiple departments (Legal for Denied Party Screening, accounting…)
  • Ensure compliance & security of the data

Be responsible for data quality and data accuracy

  • Ensure data quality and fitness for purpose of Clasquin’s data assets (completeness, accuracy and integrity) using interna feedback, concerns, questions
  • Analyze data quality within Clasquin Information System
  • Monitor data usage to assists teams
  • Delete/Merge duplicated and useless data
  • Update data
  • When necessary, organize data cleaning campaigns

Preferred experience

Requirements for this permanent contract based in Porto, Portugal:
You have experience with data quality control, you have very good command of MS Excel. Knowledge of VBA and Microsoft PowerBI is appreciated.
You are self-driven and know how to work with remote teams.
Your English is fluent.
