As a Mobile Marketing Manager (f/m/x) focused on the French market, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our mobile applications. Your expertise in app performance marketing will drive the planning, execution, and optimization of our mobile acquisition and remarketing campaigns. You will be the cornerstone of our marketing efforts, ensuring that our strategies are not only innovative but also effective in meeting the dynamic needs of the market.

Your responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, implement, and optimize mobile acquisition and remarketing campaigns in the French market, ensuring alignment with our performance goals and KPIs.

  • Monitor, optimize, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that our apps and campaigns resonate with the target market.

  • Manage the design process of high-performance advertising materials in collaboration with our Design team. Research and brainstorm new creative approaches and continuously do tests. Align with different departments regarding the brand guidelines and tonalities.

  • Research and onboard new marketing channels, managing all contractual coordination with Procurement and Legal departments.

  • Maintain and enhance partnerships with key external partners in the Mobile Advertising field. Constantly check the health of the tracking of existing partners and create and test new tracking links (also for other departments).

  • Employ creative and innovative marketing strategies, staying ahead of emerging mobile marketing channels and trends.

  • Keep abreast of the latest trends, technical updates, and legal requirements in mobile marketing, pursuing continuous personal and professional development.

  • Analyze and monitor the current target audiences and discover new potential target audiences. Keep an eye on the competitors and the general market development.

Preferred experience

Your profile:

  • Fluency in French and English is essential.

  • Proven expertise in App Performance Marketing or similar fields, backed by a suitable academic background.

  • Excellent understanding of mobile technologies and experience with tracking tools.

  • Strong analytical capabilities, especially with Excel, and a data-driven approach to marketing.

  • An entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.

  • A deep passion for the mobile app ecosystem, marketing, and technology.

  • A proactive, hands-on approach to work, with a readiness to tackle new challenges and implement solutions.

  • Ability to work independently as well as enjoy being part of a collaborative team working towards a common goal.

  • Ability to organize multiple tasks, prioritize workload independently and throughout ownership.
