Hi, we’re Back Market.

We’re here to help make tech reliable, affordable, and better than new. We're a global marketplace for refurbished devices, helping lower our collective environmental impact by providing trustworthy, affordable tech with 92% less carbon emissions than new.

Our mission is simple: to do more with what we already have.

Are you ready to join us?

Our Seller Success team sits at the heart of Back Market's marketplace — we're the bridge between our mission and the sellers who make it real. No great sellers, no refurbished revolution. Simple as that.

As an Advanced Seller Success Manager, you'll own a portfolio of high-profile Smartphone and core category sellers across France and the EU. • Build lasting relationships with sellers based in France and the EU, supporting their day-to-day needs with a consultative, solution-oriented approach (sales, marketing, logistics — you've got them covered)

• Lead Business Reviews and strategic planning sessions, including on-site seller visits and operational audits

• Leverage data to track performance, analyze trends, and build projections that fuel both seller strategy and Back Market's broader EU direction

• Drive cross-functional projects to deliver tailored solutions for your sellers

• Channel your field insights back into Back Market's business strategy — your experience on the ground is gold
