As an Educational Engineer within the global network of 42 campuses, you play a central role dedicated to exploring and innovating in educational methods. Your mission goes beyond traditional project development; it encompasses designing, developing, and implementing innovative pedagogical strategies that fully reflect the philosophy and core values of 42. We are looking for someone passionate about educational engineering, ready to join our team as an Educational Engineer. Previous experience as staff at a 42 campus is mandatory to better understand our unique environment.
Your primary mission is to explore new educational approaches, design innovative programs, and stimulate creativity within the student community. You are tasked with the dynamic mission of fostering educational innovation, challenging existing methods, and proposing initiatives that constantly aim to improve the learning experience. These responsibilities, crucial to our educational vision, are detailed below.
Develop new educational approaches, design innovative programs, and contribute to the pedagogical evolution impacting all partner campuses.
Stimulate educational innovation, challenge existing methods, and propose initiatives that continually improve the learning experience.
Provide pedagogical and technical support to existing campuses.
Propose and create educational content while being at the heart of the overall creation process.
Specific Actions
Design the overall pedagogical system by identifying the specific needs of each campus.
Test and validate concepts with students and stakeholders, actively collecting their feedback.
Develop educational content in collaboration with domain experts and external speakers.
Provide appropriate support to existing projects, understanding the specific challenges of each campus.
Actively propose innovative educational content in line with technological developments and market needs.
Manage internal communication related to educational developments, demonstrating a penchant for continuous improvement.
Sharp sense of organization and structuring.
Excellent analytical ability and a propensity to find solutions.
Acute relational skills and special attention to the learners’ experience.
Very good English proficiency
Bilingual in French/English
Mandatory experience as staff at a 42 campus.
Familiarity with versioning tools such as Git, and proven skills in using Notion for project management are desirable.
Scripting skills are a significant asset.
Good knowledge of 42’s educational projects offered to learners.
Strong interest in pedagogy and the world of technology.
