Good understanding of corporate finance (valuation methods, accounting, etc.) and a real interest in mergers and acquisitions. A previous experience in Corporate Finance (M&A, Private Equity, etc.) is mandatory. Business or engineering school studies or master's degree in corporate finance (final year of study or gap year) Hard worker, rigorous and meticulous. *Fluency in French and English required.
