Your responsibilities will include payroll and HR administration, invoicing and account receivables management, people onboarding, team events and culture, financial and administrative operations, general administrative support, quality and compliance support, and office management. You will work closely with the Founder and CEO and the Sales team, and have the opportunity to visit a wind farm or solar farm and see our drones in action.

  • You have had experience in Administrative Assistant for 3+ years?

  • You are based in Paris or Rennes

  • You are fluent in English and French

  • You have a strong interest in new technologies?

  • You would like to contribute to the development of renewable energies by reducing their operating costs?

Missions

Reporting to the Founder and CEO and working closely with the Sales team, your main missions will include:

  • Payroll & HR Administration

  • Invoicing and account receivables management

  • People Onboarding & first hiring calls

  • Team Events & Culture

  • Financial & Administrative Operations

  • General Administrative Support

  • Quality, QHSE & Compliance Support

  • Office Management

Work environment

  • Dynamic and friendly team located in France and Dallas, TX.

  • Opportunity to visit a Wind Farm or a Solar Farm and see our drones in action!

🧠 What we’re looking for

You’re the perfect match if…

  • You are based in Paris or Rennes

  • You are fluent in both French and English

  • You have 3 years of experience in an office manager, admin, or EA role — ideally in a start-up or fast-paced environment.

  • You demonstrate strong adaptability and flexibility to support and implement change in a constantly evolving scaleup.

  • You bring strong interpersonal skills: you’re warm, trustworthy, and great at creating a positive vibe.

  • You’re tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, etc.).
